For those seeking a competitive edge or simply in need of a program to follow on their own, custom program design is very specific to the individual’s goals. After a personal consultation with me,  your unique fitness objectives will be mapped to a customized 6 week exercise and nutrition program that is given to you to perform individually.

POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS

Clients who purchase a 5 session package ($100 per session):

Just cancel your training session 24 hours in advance and I’ll be happy to reschedule it with you.

Clients who purchase a 20 session package ($85 per session):

I get it...but because I’ve dedicated a consistent block of my time for you, if you cancel, you forfeit your session. Also, you may not “freeze” your sessions if you decide to take an extended holiday.  Let’s figure out a way to use them up before you go.

NO SHOWS

A session will be deducted for all no shows. No exceptions.

RUNNING LATE?

Please notify me as soon as you think something is up!  I’ll usually give you 15 minutes grace before I move on and call it a “No Show”.  If you’re 15 minutes late, your hour will be prorated to 45 minutes.

REFUNDS

If I’ve committed a block of time for you on my calendar, you own it and I’ll be there.  No Refunds.

RULES

My regular clients usually prefer the same block(s) of time each week. I’m more than happy to accomodate them week after week and month after month. Transformation is rooted in a consistent routine. However, full payment must be made by the last session of your 20 session package to maintain your preferred time for the next session and beyond. As a courtesy,  you’ll receive 3 automated email reminders prior to your package expiration.
